Moreover, when you pair these weight pads with a digital indicator, you obtain a complete Vehicle Weighing System.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>For automobile manufacturers, the weight of every vehicle they produce is equally important. Consequently, they use the weight of each axle to perform quality checks and assess the chassis dynamics after manufacturing. In light of these requirements, WSI offers a Vehicle Weighing System that consists of four weighing pads and a digital indicator.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Commercial weighbridges, on the other hand, are fixed and installed on permanent foundations, so trucks or trailers must drive onto them for weighing. Therefore, the LVWS proves ideal when vehicles cannot access a weighbridge or for on-road weight checks conducted by RTOs and road maintenance agencies. In addition, aircraft also require weighing to determine their center of gravity.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Construction:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The weigh pads are made from mild steel or aluminum. In addition, we use very high-quality, high-resolution load sensors in these pads. Moreover, the pads feature ramps on both sides, allowing vehicles to climb and descend easily. By the same token, the weigh pads are rugged, sturdy, and highly durable. At the same time, they are lightweight and easy to carry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Each weigh pad has its own battery backup for the wireless transmitter which connects the weigh pads with the digital indicator. The battery of each weigh pad can work for around 48 hrs of continuous usage. It can be charged by the charger provided with the system. All the four pads can be individually charged. The charge indicator and power on indicator is provided on the weigh pads.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The indicator is very high precision electronic device which has a wireless receiver and a LCD display. It also has inbuilt rechargeable battery backup in it, and it can also work for 48hrs at a stretch.
