Unlike most manufacturers in India, we do not use serial-to-USB converters to achieve USB connectivity. Instead, our scales come with a real USB port. This does not give trouble free operation to the user. The most common problem faced by the user is that the device gets disconnected very often. And it is not easy to reconnect the device. Sometimes, it requires to restart the system to enable the system to recognise the device and reconnect. Also the connection speed is slower than the actual USB devices.
