Data logger for weighing scales<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

WSI, proudly presents the Weight data logger. This is essentially a data logger device designed and made for the weighing scales to work as data logger for weighing scales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Weighing scales and systems have a wide range of applications, and we often encounter customers who need to log weight data onto a pen drive or SD card. Later, they can connect it to a computer and retrieve the data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Initially, we developed an indicator with a data logging facility. However, customers also needed a standalone data logger because they wanted to log data from their existing weighing scales or systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To meet this requirement, we designed and developed a data logger device that connects to the serial port of any existing weighing scale and logs the data. Additionally,<\/strong> you can optionally save the date and time stamp along with the weight data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This device is compatible with almost every weighing scale or system having serial port for data communication. The device is very easy connect and use. Just connect the power to the logger, connect the logger to the serial port of the scale or system, connect a pen drive or SD card and it is ready to log the data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The weight data logger has LED indicators for Power status, USB error, and logging functions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AYou can connect any standard pen drive up to 32GB capacity to the weight data logger. The device creates files on the pen drive. You can easily open these files in Microsoft Excel, as CSV files, or in a simple Word or text file. Each time you connect the pen drive, the system creates a new logging file. If the previous files have not been deleted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We can also accommodate any custom requirements based on customer specifications.<\/p>\n\n\n

Optionally, check weighing scales and systems come with a data logging facility that offers both inbuilt and external memory options. With inbuilt memory, the scale stores the data internally, and the operator can retrieve it using a pen drive. The operator must manually delete the data afterward. With external memory, the operator keeps a pen drive connected to the weighing system, and the system logs the data directly onto the pen drive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
