Programmable Label Printing Scales are intended for production teams that need weighing and label printing without rewriting software for every label format. The setup portal lets the user configure fields, PRN template placeholders, serial format, print mode, labels-per-print and automatic threshold. During production, the operator follows guided prompts and prints labels using manual or automatic mode.
Browser based configuration
Open the local setup page, edit settings, upload the PRN template and save. No internet is required for setup.

Prices are indicative selling prices for the label printing scale electronics/configuration. Taxes, printer, platform/load cell, shipping, installation and application-specific customization are extra as applicable.

Setup workflow
Design label
Create the label in software suitable for the selected printer and generate a raw PRN file.
Map placeholders
Insert displayed placeholders into the PRN template for weight, date, time, serial and manual fields.
Configure fields
Set field names, entry frequency, serial format, print mode, label copies and automatic threshold.
Print production labels
Restart, enter prompted values, receive stable scale data and print complete labels.
Operation modes and label control
Manual printing
The label is sent only after an operator command. Basic uses a dedicated front-panel print button. Pro and Pro MAX can use keyboard print command after field entry.
Automatic printing
A label is triggered on a new stable-weight event only when the weight is equal to or above the configured automatic threshold. Unstable data and weights below threshold do not print automatically.
Labels per print
Set 1 to 99 identical labels for each manual or automatic print trigger. This is useful for carton, product and internal-copy labelling.
Operator prompts
Pro and Pro MAX can prompt for product, operator, batch, customer or any configured text field at every label or once per power-on.
Printer and PRN requirements
CSV logging on Pro MAX
Pro MAX records data from successfully transmitted labels in downloadable CSV format. The log can include serial number, manually entered fields, weight, time and date. Downloading does not automatically delete records; a confirmed reset is available when the user wants to clear memory.
