WSI LiveWeight turns a compatible weighing indicator into a connected, manageable scale. Authorized users can view live weight from a browser, monitor device health, issue supported operating commands and manage multiple scales from one tenant account.
Connected weighing for real operations
LiveWeight is suitable for tank and vessel inventory, silo and hopper weighing, dosing bins, industrial floor scales, bulk receiving and dispatch, feed mills, batching, process weighing, warehouses, cold storage, waste handling and other fixed weighing installations that need continuous visibility.
Live weight in a browser
See current scale weight from a phone, tablet or desktop browser with unit-aware display and stable/unstable status.
One account for many scales
Claim and manage a fleet of registered devices across locations without creating a separate user login for every scale.
Remote operating controls
Use supported zero/tare and lock/unlock commands where the connected weighing hardware and protected interface allow them.
Device health and transport
Review online/offline state, heartbeat, last weight update, last heartbeat and whether the scale is using Ethernet or Wi-Fi.
Authorized device claiming
Add a registered scale using its factory serial number and assign a friendly device name under the tenant account.
Secure device identity
Each physical scale uses its own device identity and credentials, with tenant-scoped access and role-based command authorization.
Choose cloud access or private LAN operation
Internet edition
Connect scales from customer Wi-Fi or Ethernet networks to the LiveWeight platform for distributed sites and remote supervision. Secure MQTT over TLS and authenticated browser updates support centralized monitoring across depots, warehouses, farms and production facilities.
- Remote access across sites
- Central operations visibility
- Encrypted device-to-platform transport
- Multi-scale tenant management
LAN edition
Run the LiveWeight application and broker on a local server or workstation. Scales communicate over the site Ethernet or Wi-Fi network and the browser opens the local LiveWeight address for local-only operation, low latency or restricted-connectivity environments.
- No Internet dependency for local operation
- Private site data flow
- Fast local browser updates
- Useful for commissioning and diagnostics

How LiveWeight works
- WSI registers the factory serial number and prepares the connected device.
- The customer enters the serial number and a display name in the tenant portal.
- The registered scale is claimed and provisioned with its identity, network and transport settings.
- The controller reads the compatible indicator and reports weight telemetry and heartbeats.
- The platform validates and stores device state, then streams updates to the authenticated browser.
- Authorized users view live weight and issue supported zero/tare or lock/unlock commands.
Typical applications
- Tank, vessel, silo and hopper inventory monitoring
- Feed mills, batching systems and process weighing
- Warehouse, cold-storage and production-floor scales
- Bulk material receiving and dispatch points
- Waste, recycling and compactor weighing
- Agricultural storage and livestock feed systems
